Description

A quick and healthy recipe for perfectly cooked tilapia fillets in the air fryer, seasoned simply for a light and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

2 tilapia fillets, about 6 ounces each, skinless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges


Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Carefully remove the tilapia from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
