Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is softened.
Transfer the cooked ground beef mixture to the crockpot.
Add the diced tomatoes with their juice, tomato sauce, beef broth, frozen mixed vegetables, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
After cooking, stir the mixture and taste to adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
