Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer salmon bites glazed with a savory soy sauce, perfect as a quick snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat all pieces evenly. Let marinate for 8 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the marinated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching. You may need to cook in batches.
Air fry the salmon bites for 7 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
Transfer the salmon bites to a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
