Description

A hearty and comforting turkey dinner bowl featuring roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, and savory gravy, all combined into a delicious and easy-to-serve meal.


Ingredients

1 pound cooked turkey breast, diced
4 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup turkey gravy
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss the green beans with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast the green beans in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
While the green beans roast, heat the turkey gravy in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm.
In four serving bowls, evenly divide the mashed potatoes as the base layer.
Top the mashed potatoes with the diced cooked turkey breast.
Add the roasted green beans on top of the turkey in each bowl.
Drizzle warm turkey gravy over each bowl.
Garnish each bowl with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy your turkey dinner bowls.
