Ingredients
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil evenly over the chicken thighs.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to make the honey glaze.
After 10 minutes, flip the chicken thighs skin-side up and brush half of the honey glaze over the skin.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and brush with the remaining honey glaze.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
