Description

Delicious and easy steak and potato kabobs cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Juicy steak pieces paired with tender potatoes make a perfect quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning, if using wooden skewers.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add the steak cubes and potato cubes to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Thread the steak and potato cubes alternately onto the skewers, dividing evenly among the 8 skewers.
Place the kabobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook the kabobs at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
Carefully flip the kabobs and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the steak is cooked to desired doneness and the potatoes are tender and golden.
Remove the kabobs from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
