Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats and 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder.
Add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup almond flour to the bowl and mix well.
Stir in 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the protein muffin powder mix to an airtight container or jar for storage.
To make muffins, use approximately 1 cup of this dry mix per batch and add wet ingredients such as eggs, milk, and oil according to your muffin recipe.
