Description

Tender and flavorful chicken bites slow-cooked to perfection in a crock pot, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Place the chicken breast pieces into the crock pot in an even layer.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken pieces in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 3.5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to transfer the chicken bites to a serving dish, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.
