Description
Crispy and juicy boneless skinless chicken thighs cooked quickly in the air fryer. Perfectly seasoned and tender inside with a delicious golden exterior.
Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs and rub it in to coat all sides.
Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the chicken thighs at 400°F (200°C) for 9 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs over and cook for an additional 9 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the exterior is golden and crispy.
Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
