Description

Delicious and juicy chicken breast patties made with simple ingredients, perfect for sandwiches or served with your favorite sides.


Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken breast
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken breast, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and paprika.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place the chicken patties in the skillet and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the patties are golden brown.
Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
