Ingredients
1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the halved baby potatoes to the skillet and stir to coat them evenly with the garlic butter.
Season the potatoes with salt and black pepper.
Cook the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the potatoes.
Give the potatoes a final stir to combine and serve hot.
