Description

A quick and easy one pot creamy garlic noodles recipe that is rich, flavorful, and perfect for a comforting meal. Made with simple ingredients, this dish combines tender noodles with a luscious garlic cream sauce all cooked in one pot for minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta
4 cups water
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

In a large pot or deep skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
Pour in the water and add the fettuccine pasta. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and cook the pasta, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and most of the water has been absorbed, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Lower the heat to medium-low. Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles evenly.
Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top.
Serve immediately while hot.
