Description
A quick and flavorful jerk salmon recipe cooked to perfection in the air fryer, featuring a spicy and aromatic jerk seasoning that infuses the salmon with Caribbean-inspired flavors.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), skin on
2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lime, cut into wedges
Cooking spray
Instructions
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix the jerk seasoning and olive oil to create a paste.
Rub the jerk seasoning paste evenly over all sides of each salmon fillet.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has reached an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the salmon.
