A simple and delicious garlic bread recipe without cheese, perfect as a side for pasta, soups, or salads. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with garlic flavor.
Ingredients
1 loaf French bread (about 12 inches)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully blended.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread halves.
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the bread is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
Slice the garlic bread into serving pieces and serve warm.
