Description

A simple and convenient recipe for preparing chicken wings that can be frozen and cooked later, perfect for quick meals or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 freezer-safe plastic bags or airtight containers

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and drizzle with vegetable oil.
Toss the wings thoroughly to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning and oil.
Divide the seasoned wings evenly among the freezer-safe plastic bags or airtight containers.
Seal the bags or containers tightly, removing as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn.
Label each bag or container with the date and contents.
Place the bags or containers flat in the freezer for easy storage.
When ready to cook, thaw the wings in the refrigerator overnight and cook according to your preferred method.
