1.5 pounds yellow potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the yellow potato cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat all the potatoes evenly.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
