Description

4 medium russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Place the potato wedges in a large bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges and toss again to ensure all wedges are evenly coated.
