Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 ice cubes
Instructions
Add the sliced bananas, almond milk, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
Stop the blender and scrape down the sides if necessary, then blend again to ensure even consistency.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
