Description

A quick and easy recipe to prepare Trader Joe’s frozen salmon fillets in the air fryer, resulting in perfectly cooked, flaky, and flavorful salmon in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

2 Trader Joe’s frozen salmon fillets (about 46 ounces each), thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Pat the thawed salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each salmon fillet with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon fillets from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the salmon.
